Getting started with Fastnet.

Is Fastnet available online yet?

Not yet. Fastnet is in pre-launch development, and fastnetbilling.co.ke is the planned home for the product. Production hosting and acceptance testing are still pending.

Does it support M-Pesa?

M-Pesa STK and Paybill/Till integration foundations are implemented. Live collection depends on your merchant setup, production credentials and successful end-to-end verification. Availability will be confirmed during onboarding.

Can I manage PPPoE and Hotspot customers?

The system includes PPPoE subscriptions, Hotspot vouchers and a branded Hotspot portal, backed by MikroTik and FreeRADIUS integration. Each network needs its own verified router and access configuration.

What does creating a workspace do?

The existing registration flow creates an ISP workspace with a 14-day trial record. During pre-launch development, a workspace is for setup and evaluation; it does not establish a production-ready hosted service.

What are the pricing plans?

Public pricing has not been announced. Plan details and hosted-service availability will be published as the product moves toward launch.

How will my team sign in?

Use the dedicated workspace address issued when you register your ISP. Your ISP administration area is separate from central platform administration.
